Official Rules & Event Policies

• All guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward other attendees, exhibitors, volunteers, staff members, and participating animals.
• Paws & More Paws reserves the right to remove any guest whose behavior creates an unsafe or disruptive environment.
• Admission fees are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organizer.

• All dogs must be current on required vaccinations.
• Remain on a leash no longer than six (6) feet unless participating in an approved demonstration.
• Wear a properly fitted collar or harness.
• Remain under the control of their owner at all times.
• Owners must immediately clean up after their pets.
• Aggressive or uncontrollable dogs may be removed from the event without refund.
• Female dogs in heat are not permitted.
• Sick or injured dogs should remain at home.

• Their dog's behavior
• Injuries caused by their dog
• Property damage caused by their dog
• Cleaning up waste
• Supervising children interacting with their dog

The event is not responsible for disputes between attendees.

• Children under 18 should be accompanied by an adult.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
• Children should never approach unfamiliar dogs without the owner's permission.

• Please respect all safety barriers and designated activity areas.
• No rough handling of animals will be tolerated.
• Follow instructions from event staff, volunteers, judges, veterinarians, trainers, and emergency personnel.
• Emergency vehicles and staff always have priority.

• The Dog Expo is an outdoor event. Activities may be delayed, relocated, or canceled due to severe weather, lightning, high winds, or emergency situations.
• Announcements will be made throughout the venue and on official social media channels.

• By attending this event, guests grant Paws & More Paws permission to photograph, record, and use their image and the image of their dog for marketing, social media, website, future promotional materials, and television and news coverage.
• No compensation will be provided.

• Alcohol
• Illegal drugs
• Firearms or weapons prohibited by law
• Fireworks
• Laser pointers
• Aggressive training devices
• Unapproved solicitation
• Unauthorized sales
• Drones without written permission

• Only approved vendors may sell products.
• No unauthorized distribution of promotional materials is permitted.
• Please respect vendor booths and displays.

• If your dog becomes lost, immediately notify the Information Booth or nearest event staff member.
• Do not chase a frightened dog.
• Event staff will coordinate announcements and search procedures.

• Participation is voluntary. Owners assume all risks associated with attending the event.
• Paws & More Paws Dog Expo, its organizers, sponsors, volunteers, partners, venue, and affiliates shall not be liable for injuries, illness, accidents, theft, loss of property, or damages occurring before, during, or after the event except where required by applicable law.

• All competition decisions are final.
• Judges may disqualify any participant for unsportsmanlike conduct, unsafe handling of animals, rule violations, falsifying information, or disruptive behavior.
• No refunds will be issued for disqualification.

• Each competition may have specific eligibility requirements.
• Participants must complete registration before competing.
• Dogs must meet any age, breed, vaccination, or equipment requirements for the individual event.

• The welfare of every dog is our highest priority.
• The following are grounds for immediate removal: abuse, neglect, excessive force, dangerous equipment, or unsafe handling.
• The event reserves the right to contact local authorities if animal welfare concerns arise.

• All judging decisions are final.
• Scores, placements, and awards cannot be appealed unless an administrative error occurred.

• Awards, prizes, and giveaways are subject to availability.
• Paws & More Paws reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal value if necessary.

• Schedules, demonstrations, judges, activities, prizes, speakers, and attractions are subject to change without notice.
